Joyce Coleman is a speaker, author, community activist, and management consultant in the areas of customer-focused enterprise, personal and operational effectiveness and efficiency, and STEM (Science, Technology, Education, and Mathematics) education support.

Coleman became the nation’s first black female corporate officer at a major international airline, where her responsibilities included heading a major operational division. She re-engineered those divisions using best practice models, making them more effective and efficient while saving millions of dollars. After retiring from the airline, Coleman worked with a number of entities to develop and deploy customer focused operations, personal branding, and operational effectiveness and efficiencies. She also authored several books.
